How to change my two-factor authentication device?

To change your two-factor authentication (2FA) device, you should have access to the Bankera app on your old device. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Download Bankera app on the new device.
  2. Allow the Bankera app to send notifications.
  3. Log in to your account on the new device.
  4. Create a passcode.
  5. Navigate to "Profile" in the bottom navigation menu.
  6. Click "Two-factor authentication".
  7. Turn on the "Bankera app on this device" toggle button.
  8. Your new device is set up for 2FA!
